*Special First-Time or Address Change Reporting by Thaieasy90

If this is your first time reporting on your current visa extension, or if you’ve recently changed your address, there is an extra process required. Thaieasy90 will submit the necessary documents and apply the TM47 form by mail on your behalf, but we will need to contact you for your signature and to gather additional documents.

You can sign digitally through our secure link or print and sign by hand before scanning and sending the documents back to us.
