What is Thaieasy90?

Thaieasy90 is an online service that handles the 90-day immigration reporting process for long-term residents in Thailand. We track your deadlines and submit your reports on time (15 -7 days before the deadlines) so you don’t have to visit the immigration office or worry about missing deadlines.

How does Thaieasy90 work?

Once you sign up for one of our plans, you’ll receive login details to access your member portal. From there, you’ll upload your essential documents and information, which we securely store. We’ll automatically handle your 90-day reports for the entire year and send you reminders before each report to confirm if anything has changed.

Do I have to live in Thailand to use Thaieasy90?

Yes, Thaieasy90 is specifically designed for long-term residents, expats, and families living in Thailand who hold a non-immigrant visa. If your visa allows you to stay for longer than 90 days (typically up to 1 year), you are required to comply with the 90-day immigration reporting (TM47) requirement, and Thaieasy90 is here to handle that for you.

What if I start my plan in the middle of my visa period? Will I still get the full year of reports?

Yes! You can start your plan at any time. We understand you might find us later in your visa cycle, and that's why our plan is designed to be a subscription plan (paid once every 90 days). Even if your visa renewal falls in the middle of our plan, we’ll still complete reports for you. Once you renew your visa, send us your updated documents in one of three ways:

  • Log into your member portal and update the information yourself.

What plans do you offer?

We offer two flexible recurring plans to fit your needs:

  • Individual Plan: 590 THB per report, billed every 3 months.

  • Family Plan: 1,290 THB per report for up to 4 members, billed every 3 months.

    Please note that all family members must live at the same address to qualify for this plan.

Do I need to submit documents each time/every 90 days?

No, you only need to submit your documents once when you sign up. We securely save your information for future use, so you won’t have to resubmit unless something changes.

Can I update my personal information if something changes?

Yes! If any of your information changes (such as your passport, address, visa details, etc.), you can log in to your portal and update your details at any time before the next reporting cycle. Alternatively, you can email us the updated documents, and we’ll update the information in our system for you.

What happens if I forget to update my information?

No worries! We’ll send you a reminder email or have an admin call you 20 days before your reporting deadline to confirm if anything has changed. If everything is the same, just reply "yes." or “confirm.” If updates are needed, you’ll have 5 days to update your details before we submit your report.

How do I know my report has been submitted?

After we submit your 90-day report to immigration, you’ll receive an email confirmation with proof of submission, so you can rest assured it’s taken care of. Usually you’ll receive the email 5-7 days prior the deadline.

What happens if I miss my 90-day reporting deadline?

Missing the 90-day report deadline can result in a fine of up to 2,000 THB, and you'll need to visit the immigration office in person to submit the report and pay the fine.

How do I know if the Family Plan is right for me?

The Family Plan is ideal for families with up to 4 members who live at the same address in Thailand. If you qualify, this plan helps you save on costs while ensuring everyone’s 90-day reports are handled together.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, since the plan is based on recurring payments, the cancellation will take effect after the current reporting period is completed.

How is my information protected?

We take your privacy and security seriously. All documents and personal information you submit are securely stored in our system and used only for your immigration reporting. We adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection standards.

What if my visa status changes?

If your visa status changes during your subscription period, simply log in to your portal to update the new details or email us with your updated information. We’ll handle the rest.
